The Upper Delaware Council (UDC) hosts a presentation on “Update on the Highland River Access” by Heather Jacksy, Senior Planner at Sullivan County Division of Planning and Community Development, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, at the Upper Delaware Council office in Narrowsburg.

The monthly meeting to follow will include a synopsis of minutes from the three standing
Council committees and status reports.
