The Upper Delaware Council (UDC) is hosting a public presentation on “Seeking National Wild and Scenic River Designation for the Lackawaxen River” on Thursday, November 7, at 7 p.m. at the Upper Delaware Council office in Narrowsburg, NY and virtually by Zoom.
Christine Foland, representing the Lackawaxen River Conservancy, will speak about that organization’s proposal to submit the Lackawaxen River for a study by the National Park Service into whether it qualifies to become a Partnership Wild and Scenic River.
