The Delaware Highlands Conservancy hosts  a workshop on Bats at the Van Scott Nature Reserve on Sunday, October 24 from 5-7 pm for children and families. The program covers different types of bats found in this area, their fascinating behaviors, and find out what to do about a bat in the house.  After the presentation, there will be an optional walk through the Reserve 6-7pm.  A bat frequency reader will be used to detect the bats around us!
