Cartooning Club with Joe Kennedy will be meeting on Wednesday October 16th from 4:00-6:00pm at the Tusten Town Hall. Participants will discover different drawing techniques, learn how to storyboard their own cartoon. This program is from school-aged children, tweens and teens.
