The Wayne County Community Foundation and the Hamlin Community Library open the third location on Wayne County’s Creative Communities Art Trail on Saturday, November 15th at 10:00 A.M. at the Hamlin Community Library in Lake Ariel.

The Creative Communities Art Trail connects the county from north to south along Route 191, providing stops along the way to explore, the landscape and local artists.
