Penn State Extension is presenting their virtual, live webinar, Retail Farm Market School: Merchandising on Tuesday February 17, 2026 at 12:00PM.  The course builds on the American Marketing Association’s definition—planning the right merchandise, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right price.  This session emphasizes the importance of understanding your target audience before implementing any strategy. Participants will gain practical guidance drawn from the course’s broader focus on best practices in food preparation and handling, market signage, customer service, ordering, and receiving.
