Safe Harbors of the Hudson presents Newburgh Community Clean up on Saturday, April 23 at 9am.The Community Cleanup will kick off a city-wide effort to keep Newburgh clean and green all year long. Heavy duty gloves and garbage bags will be provided. The start and finish takes place at Safe Harbors of the Hudson.
