The Western Sullivan Public Library is offering a 4-week workshop called Sugar Smart: Cooking, Shopping, and Living with Prediabetes. Workshops will take place Saturdays, November 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd at 11:00am at the Jeffersonville Branch. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn simple strategies to shop smart, eat well, and enjoy life while keeping blood sugar in check.  Registration and more information at WSPLonline.org.
