Thellivan County Division of Planning and Community Developmebnt witll present a program with Randall Arendt on he topic of preservation of rural land and character. The program will be held online on Monday March 29 from 6 – 7:30 PM.

Arendt’s training will cover examples of shorter, less complicated form-based codes that are well suited to municipalities with limited financial resources and limited staff.
