Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County is presents Summer Flavors and Community Impact on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM the fully-equipped teaching kitchen in the Extension Education Center at 64 Ferndale-Loomis Road, Liberty, NY 12754.
Led by the talented Chef Erin Moore, this hands-on workshop will explore the vibrant flavors of summer. Participants will cook a full seasonal dinner using farm-fresh, locally sourced ingredients while learning practical kitchen skills and food knowledge. Chef Erin will guide attendees through the preparation process, sharing her culinary expertise and passion for food justice.
