The Wayne Conservation District hosts a workshop for anyone involved in excavation and earthwork on February 28 from 8:00 am to noon at the Park Street Complex in Honesdale, PA,
Presentations will be made on erosion and sediment control, working in and around waterways and wetlands, NPDES common plan of development, forestry and logging, and the Dirt and Gravel Low Volume Road program.
