The Western Sullivan Public Library is offering winter craft kits that will allow kids to get creative by coloring a snowman and the tic-tac-toe pieces, and then they can engage their logical thinking skills by kicking off a fun tic-tac-toe game with friends. Win or lose, they’ll think this activity is snow cool!. All  kits are available for contactless pick-up at each branch while supplies last.  The kits are available from February 21 – 27 at all branches of the library.
