Rosie Starr shares her recent visit to Sprouting Dreams Farm in Liberty, NY.  LeeAnna Maniace and Eugene Thalman describe their inspiration and challenges of being young farmers with a vision of conscious, healthy living.

 

This interview is part of a special production called “WHY EYE {I} FARM” and is based on the inspiration and dedication of some local farmers that share their thoughts.

 

Community members Woody Goldberg, Rosie Starr and Pat Carullo are collaborating on this creative Digital production.

 

Woody Goldberg, from Eldred in Highland, Sullivan County, photographs landscapes and farmers.

 

Rosie Starr, Radio Catskill Volunteer, Wayne County Pa. records audio of conversation topics with farmers.

 

Digital Gallery artist and curator Pat Carullo, Lackawaxen, Pike County, Pa. will compile the audio visual exhibit.
