November is National Adoption Month and there are kids who are in need of foster and adoptive families right here in Sullivan County. And, since this National Adoption Month is happening in 2020 as COVID numbers are again on the rise, the need is greater and the challenges to meeting that need are steeper this year. Social Services Commissioner for Sullivan County, John Liddle, tells us what is needed and why he feels good about his team’s ability to meet those challenges.
