In partnership with Sullivan County, RUPCO is administrating a Community Development Block Grant from the NYS Housing Trust with housing needs. Funds can assist low-income first-time homebuyers with down-payment and closing costs and can assist homeowners in need of housing rehab. Income limits apply. For example, a family of 4 could have no more than $61,350 of income from all sources.
