HARRISBURG, PA – PennDOT announced that all driver and vehicle services centers across Pennsylvania will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2024, in observance of Veterans Day.
Customers can still access a variety of driver and vehicle products and services online through PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services website, including driver’s license, photo ID and vehicle registration renewals; driver-history services; changes of address; driver license and vehicle registration restoration letters; ability to pay driver license or vehicle insurance restoration fee; driver license and photo ID duplicates; REAL ID pre-verification; and driver exam scheduling.
Online services can be used without additional fees.
PennDOT driver and photo license center closings in 2024 are listed in full online. PennDOT also reminds residents that traveling by domestic aircraft on or after May 7, 2025, will require a REAL ID-compliant product or other federally-accepted form of identification. Information on obtaining a REAL-ID compliant driver’s license or identification card is available at www.dmv.pa.gov/REALID.
