LIBERTY, N.Y. — The Class Act Clinic at the Sullivan BOCES Career & Technical Education Center is now open to the public, offering a range of low-cost salon services provided by Cosmetology II students.

Located at the Rubin Pollack Education Center on Ferndale-Loomis Road in Liberty, the Class Act Clinic allows students to gain hands-on, real-world experience while providing professional salon services in a supervised setting.
Services offered at minimal cost include haircuts, shampoo and blowouts, shampoo and set services, deep conditioning treatments, hair straightening, permanent waves, temporary and semi-permanent hair color, highlights using caps or foils, manicures, paraffin treatments, makeup applications, eyebrow tweezing, facial waxing, polish changes and color rinses.
BOCES officials say the clinic provides community members with affordable services while supporting students as they develop industry-ready skills.
