Kingston, NY – Due to the forecasted winter storm, Ulster County Government will be operating on a delayed schedule, opening at 12 noon on Monday, February 23.
Ulster County Executive Jen Metzger and Emergency Services will assess conditions Monday morning, and any additional updates will be posted to the County website ulstercountyny.gov/emergency-notices and County social media channels.
Please note that UCAT service will be suspended beginning at 4 PM on Sunday, February 22, until further notice.
