The sale opens November 29 and winds up on Sunday, December 28th. Hours of operation are Wednesdays through Sundays from 11-4 and open until 6 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

These special crafting events will include making felt ornaments (day one), creating unique gift wrapping (day two) and building gingerbread houses out of nontraditional materials (day three). Gingerbread house building will be part of Headwaters’ festive holiday party for the community on the final day of Homemade Holidays, to which folks of all ages are invited to enjoy snacks, drinks and plenty of opportunities for creating.

Over the weekend of January 23 – 25, 2026 Murder Café and Hutton Brickyards in Kingston collaborate on a historical murder mystery. Set in Kingston during the Gilded Age, Mystery on the Hudson will feature eight characters, four of them historic and related to Kingston’s rich past.
Mystery on the Hudson will be broken into four acts, with the first one performed on Friday night during dinner. Act two, including the murder, will be played out on Saturday morning with act three performed on Saturday night. Between Saturday night and Sunday morning guests will submit a “whodunit sheet” with their conclusions on who they think the murderer is and why. The big reveal, or act four, will be staged on Sunday morning and those who guess correctly will be eligible for prizes.
Costumes are encouraged but not required.
