The Highland Library hosts Small and Miniature Quilts by Members of the Wiltwyck Quilters Guild. The exhibit will begin on November 9th and end sometime after January 1st.
The quilts represent an exploration of a variety of styles and techniques. Some are genuine “miniature” quilts, indicating they are made with very small pieces. Some are applique quilts, and some are three dimensional. Some are social statements,
some are experiments in design and technique, and some are just for fun.
In addition to the exhibit, the WQG will do two sit and sew programs at the library on Saturday, November 18
and Saturday, December 2. They will start at 12 Noon and end at 4 PM.
