The Upper Delaware Council is holding a contest for artists to design a commemorative t-shirt for its 2025 Litter Sweep.

The winning design will be featured on t-shirts with the slogan “Don’t Be Trashy!”  as part of the the 5th annual Upper Delaware Litter Sweep to be held throughout April.

Deadline for entries is 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14.

The Wayne County Arts Alliance  is calling for submissions for the public art project, the Great Wall of Honesdale.  This year’s theme is “Connection”.

“The Wall” is a physical display of twelve large-scale vinyl reproductions of horizontal artwork.  The work of each selected artist is printed on an individual 11 x 17 foot vinyl panel.

The Delaware Highlands Conservancy Announces Winter 2025 Eagle Watch Bus Tours throughout January and February.  An expert guide leads a scenic drive on a heated bus throughout the Upper Delaware River region to look for and learn about bald eagles and their habitat.  Seats on trips are limited and advance reservations are required.

Tours leave from the Zane Grey Museum in Lackawaxen, PA and run from 11am to 3pm.
