Section 4. Facilities and Operations Advisory Committee.
The purpose of the Committee is to act in concert with the General Manager, to oversee the condition and maintenance of the Corporation’s properties, equipment and facilities and to
assess the ongoing technical needs of the Corporation and to identify areas of concern and make recommendations to the Board as appropriate.
