Retired Colonel Sam Hartwell, a former U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer and West Point graduate has devoted his life to deciphering the intricacies of international relations, with a particular focus on his experiences in the former USSR where he lived and worked from 1992 to 2000.
Since March 13, 2022, he has dedicated himself as an unpaid volunteer, collaborating with various NGOs to aid Ukraine’s most vulnerable populations, including veterans suffering from traumatic brain injuries, amputees, and children in special needs orphanages.
