Liberty Central School District is asking parents, students, staff and community members to weigh in as it begins the process of redesigning its district website.
District officials say the effort is aimed at improving clarity, accessibility and communication as LCSD works with its website provider, Capital Region BOCES, on a comprehensive upgrade.
As part of the early planning phase, the district has launched a brief online survey to gather feedback on what users currently find helpful on the website and what they believe could be improved. The survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SWPQQB7 and will remain open through Jan. 31.
Administrators say community input will play a key role in shaping the new design and ensuring the site meets the needs of families and the broader public.
“Finding out what the community finds useful on the existing website and what they think could be improved is critical as the district embarks on an extensive website redesign process,” the district said in a statement.
Superintendent Dr. Patrick Sullivan emphasized the importance of public participation in the project.
“Our community’s feedback will help make sure our website evolves with technology and will be able to provide the information our public needs,” Sullivan said.
