Last week, Pennsylvania’s moratorium on housing evictions ended and then the CDC issued a temporary halt on evictions nationwide. Now, Gov. Tom Wolf asking the Pennsylvania legislature to extend the moratorium. What does that all mean? What is the threat to people struggling to pay rent?
