In June, as Americans rose up in protest of police killings of unarmed African-Americans, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed The New York State Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative. This executive order said every police department and municipality must adopt a plan for reform by April 1, 2021. How far has that process gone in Sullivan County?
