KINGSTON, N.Y. — Ulster County Executive Jen Metzger and Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT) will hold a virtual listening session on Wednesday, Oct. 8, to gather feedback from riders on recent route changes implemented in September.
The session is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will give community members an opportunity to share input, raise concerns, and help guide future service adjustments. Spanish and ASL interpretation will be available.
Riders who cannot attend the virtual session can provide feedback through a print survey available on UCAT buses or online at [https://ulstercountyny.gov/ucat/customer-survey](https://ulstercountyny.gov/ucat/customer-survey).
“Ulster County is committed to ensuring that public transit meets the evolving needs of our residents,” Metzger said. “Rider input is essential to shaping a system that is responsive, equitable, and easy to navigate.”
