Two years ago, as the invasion of Ukraine began, we spoke with Dr. Larysa Dyrszka, a Ukrainian-American residing in Sullivan County and a retired pediatrician, to discuss the humanitarian aid efforts taking place locally.
Now, with the conflict still unresolved and support for Ukraine at a critical juncture, concerns are growing about the long-term viability of this aid.
