Listen: Ellenville Chapter of the NAACP President Maude Bruce

Maude Bruce was born in the deep south during the Jim Crow ‘40s, committed herself to civil rights after marching with Dr. King in the early ‘60s, lost a son when an off-duty police officer killed him with a chokehold in the ‘80s, and has been president of the Ellenville Chapter of the NAACP for 35 years. Maude Bruce tells us what she thinks about this moment in America. JUNE 17
