The parade starts at 10:30 am at the Monticello Village Hall parking lot and proceeds down Broadway to the Ted Stroebele Recreation Center. Immediately following the parade will be a reception, refreshments, and vendor tables in the Ted Stroebele courtyard from 1:30 pm 3:00 pm that includes speakers and music. In case of rain, activities will take place inside the Recreation Center.
