The Western Sullivan Public Library hosts a free painting party for kids up to age 17 at each of their three branches during the month of May—art supplies will be on hand. Then, on August 3 there will be an exhibition of the work at the Delaware Valley Art Alliance’s Krause Recital Hall.
The exhibit will feature the work of the young artists, as well as their bios—plus an exhibit prints of Picasso’s most childlike artwork. With parental permission, entrants may also be included in a YouTube video of the event to be posted on Artists’ Market Community Center YouTube Channel.
Young artists up to age 17 are invited to attend one or more of the following painting parties:
May 5th at the Jeffersonville Branch of the WSPL, from 4:00-5:00 PM
May 14th at the Callicoon Branch of the WSPL, from 5:30-6:30 PM
May 20th at the Narrowsburg Branch of the WSPL from 5:00-6:00 PM
