Gael Roots Community Farm will sponsor a spring foraging workshop on Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m to noon.
Participants will learn to identify and sustainably harvest wild greens to use in salads and sautéing, and learn to dig roots for herbal spring tonic infusions.
The workshop takes place at the Wild Roots Farm in Livingston Manor.
