About the host: Angela draws from her experience of music gathered from over 30 years — running college folk venues in the late ‘70s, the Speak Easy in Greenwich Village through the early 80’s and her involvement with the production of the Fast Folk Musical Magazine. She was a staff member of the first national coffee house conference on the SUNY Oneonta campus in 1976 and has reviewed several artists in Sing Out Magazine. She has been a Northeast Regional Folk Alliance (NERFA) judge. As a volunteer host, Angela has been on the WJFF airwaves with Folk Plus since 1993, and since, also airing specials on Sirius and other radio stations around the country.
