Listen: Andy Palotta, President of the New York State United Teachers on Schools Reopening


Every school district in New York State was supposed to submit plans for reopening by the end of last week. Andy Palotta, President of the New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) says that some of those plans were just two pages long. He says his union, with more than 600,000 members in education, human services and health care, doesn’t have a lot of confidence in that kind of reopening. AUG 4
