In the race for Sullivan County District Attorney, the ballots have been counted and Acting District Attorney Meagan Galligan won the DA race over former County Judge Frank LaBuda. We talk to Galligan, the first female DA in the county’s history, about her plans for the next four years, the need to make sure criminal justice is working for everyone, and the efforts to come up with a plan for police reform in Sullivan County.
