Patricio Robayo recently spoke with Stephan Lundgren., Town Supervisor of Delaware, who was elected for the first time this year. Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, he moved to Sullivan County 22 years ago from Hawaii. Patricio asked Mr. Lundgren what has been some of the biggest challenges this year for his town.
