The Sullivan County Department of Family Services (DFS) will continue to operate on a limited access protocol per State guidelines. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday by appointment only. Replacement EBT cards can be requested via phone by calling 845-292-0100. It will take 3 to 5 business days to receive in the mail. If you need a card immediately, please come to DFS between 9 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday.
