By attending Google’s Public Sector Generative AI Live Event, Dan Hust showcased its early adoption of generative A.I. technologies, including a significant decrease in call volumes to the county clerk’s office, thanks to the A.I. chatbot.
Hust said the county is looking forward to expanding the technology’s capabilities, including payment processing and providing direct assistance through human support.
