To commemorate Women’s History Month, Sabrina has shared two episodes from Sullivan County, NY.

In the first episode, Iris Gillingham of Wild Roots Farm joins Sabrina to discuss environmental justice and her leadership journey that started during her childhood. Now in her early twenties, Iris is dedicated to providing educational models and promoting sustainable ways of living in harmony with the natural world, particularly during this era of climate crisis.

 

In the second episode, Sabrina talks to Jamie Helper about her experience with healing plants and their medicinal properties. Jamie also discusses her work with people with disabilities and the valuable lessons that she has learned from her interaction with plants. Tune in to discover the vital lessons that we can learn from the world of plants.
