On May 4th, Poughkeepsie will host the Banned Books Symposium: Proactive, Reactive, and Supportive at the Dutchess BOCES Conference Center.
This half-day event will include discussions on banned books and programs that have faced challenges. Additionally, Jeff Trexler, the Interim Director of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, will be featured during the day’s events.
