The New York DEC is accepting public comments on the draft criteria to identify climate impacts on disadvantaged communities. There will also be at least six public hearings during the comment period. The draft criteria, community list, map, and supporting documentation are available on the New York State Climate Act website.
Comments on the draft criteria are due by July 7, 2022. More information is available at the WJFFradio.org website.
