Garnet Health Medical Center and Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills host Narcan training  sponsored by Independent Living, Orange County Government, and OASAS. The training will teach participants how to recognize an overdose, administer Narcan and use harm reduction techniques. Each attendee will receive a free dose of Narcan upon completion of the training.
