Storm Updates: List of Warming Centers and Shelters

Sullivan County’s Emergency Operations Center remains open at least through tomorrow and has the following updates, as of 3/9 at 5 p.m.:

OUTAGES:
Approximately 3,000-4,000, majority in towns of Forestburgh, Highland, Lumberland and Tusten

STATES OF EMERGENCY:
Declared by the towns of Highland and Lumberland, prohibiting unnecessary travel on town roads (not County or State highways)

WARMING CENTERS:
• Eldred – Town of Highland Town Hall
• Narrowsburg – Town of Tusten Town Hall
• Forestburgh Firehouse
• Camp Simcha, Glen Spey
