The Mid Hudson’s region’s move into Phase 4 of reopening means indoor arts & entertainment businesses can welcome visitors again, as long as certain restrictions and precautions are followed. Ariel Shanberg, Executive Director of The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance tells us the DVAA is reopening its galleries, Riverfest will still be virtual, and the Tusten Theater is still closed. Plus, how local artists and cultural nonprofits are doing in these tough times. JULY 10
