It was only last week that SUNY Sullivan President Jay Quaintance spoke to WJFF enthusiastically about welcoming students back to campus. Then, this week, the school announced it won’t be opening its campus residence halls in Loch Sheldrake. Quaintance says this was a good time to make this decision and explains classes will still start on the 31st, he’s still excited, and there’s still time to register if you’re interested. AUG 21
