New Play ‘(O)n the 5:31’ Explores Memory and Infidelity Over a Decade-Long Journey

Opening tonight at the Tusten Theatre, “On the 531” is an original play written and directed by Mando Alvarado. The story follows Benny, who discovers his late wife’s infidelity and struggles with his own faults over a decade-long journey. Alvarado’s play delves into life’s twists and turns, the power of memory, and the difference between reality and how we remember it.
