ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. (April 29, 2026) — The Orange County Chamber of Commerce has retained Carlucci Consulting, led by former state Sen. David Carlucci, to serve as its lobbyist and expand its advocacy efforts at the local, state and federal levels.
The Chamber said the partnership is aimed at strengthening its ability to advance policies that support economic growth, business sustainability and workforce development across Orange County and the Hudson Valley.
“As the 2025–2026 New York State Chamber of the Year, we have a responsibility to lead with impact,” said Heather Bell, president and CEO of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce. “Retaining Carlucci Consulting is a strategic investment in our members, ensuring that they have a stronger, more effective voice at the table. Most importantly, this is a value we are delivering at no additional expense to them. Our role is to advocate, and this partnership strengthens our ability to deliver real results.”
Carlucci, founder of the firm, brings experience in public policy and government relations, including navigating legislative and regulatory processes. The Chamber said his firm will work with its leadership to advance priorities such as business-friendly legislation, regulatory clarity, infrastructure investment and workforce initiatives.
“I am honored to partner with the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and support its mission to drive economic growth and opportunity,” Carlucci said. “The Chamber plays a critical role in amplifying the voice of businesses, and I look forward to helping further its advocacy efforts.”
The Chamber said the move is part of its broader effort to deliver value to members through advocacy, in addition to networking and programming.
