Pike County has established a new Mortgage Assistance Program for low- to moderate-income homeowners. Eligible applicants will receive
up to three (3) months of assistance with mortgage payments.
To be eligible for the program, homeowners must reside in Pike County, be behind in mortgage payments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and have income less $63,100 for a family of four. This program is in addition to the assistance for renters and landlords
