Radio Catskill is accepting proposals to purchase and install one (1) 26 KW electric emergency standby generator, along with a maintenance and repair contract for the generator, to be located at our Liberty, NY studio.
Purpose of RFP: To obtain bids for evaluation, design, purchase, and installation of an automatic backup generator to power the broadcast operations of Radio Catskill.
Definition Contract: The agreement to be entered into for services between Radio Catskill and the vendor who submits the proposal accepted by Radio Catskill.
Installation of a backup generator: The work and provisions described by the Service Contract and all addenda thereto.
RFP – Request for Proposals Vendor: The person or firm submitting the proposal and/or the person or firm awarded the contract.
Contract Administrator: The contract awarded as a result of this Request for Proposals shall be under the control and supervision of Radio Catskill and General Manager, or designee.
RFP Communications: All vendor communications concerning this information request should be directed in writing to the contact listed below.
