Motorists in Pike and Wayne counties should anticipate road closures and restrictions due to washouts caused by today’s storm.
In Pike County, Route 507 is closed between Burns Hill Road and Leahs Court in Palmyra Township. The closure is expected to last until Friday, May 16, 2025, with an unknown time of reopening.
Wayne County is experiencing a closure on Route 3004 in Salem Township, between Spudeno Road and J and J Road. This closure is anticipated to last until Saturday, May 31, 2025, with an unknown time of reopening.
Motorists are encouraged to check current road conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com, a free service available 24/7. 511PA provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to over 1,000 traffic cameras. The service is also accessible via a smartphone application, by calling 5-1-1, or through regional X alerts.
